Inside Rocket I
Rocket I was DRACO's first NASA Student Launch competition vehicle. Its Critical Design Review documents a 123 in, 60 lb full-scale design built around an L1395-BS-0 motor, with OpenRocket simulations predicting an apogee around 3,750–3,900 ft. Recovered mission photos — design reviews, manufacturing, subscale test launches, and the team's media appearances — are preserved here alongside the original CAD renders. No Flight Readiness Review or Post-Launch Assessment Review has been recovered from the team's archives for this cycle, so the vehicle's actually achieved apogee and competition result remain unconfirmed.
